A typical Scrum Master course is just a 14-hour class that can offer you a basic knowledge on Scrum. Our goal is not to give you certification, but to provide expert knowledge so you have a breakthrough in your SM career.

In the AI era, some of the jobs are going away. Scrum Master is one such role. If you have noticed, Tester role has diminished, traditional project manager role has diminished. Similar exercise started happening for Scrum Master as well.

Why is this happening?

There are many Scrum Masters in the industry, with a limited Agile / Scrum knowledge and exposure. They just do more of a basic facilitiation job, but expectations on this role is pretty high. Also, AI soon can replace average Scrum Masters.

Does that mean all the Scrum Masters will go away? No. Only those with a limited knowledge / experience will have an impact.

A Scrum Master with a great knowledge and experience will not be impacted, in fact will grow further in career. Hence, it is critical to be a strong Scrum Master with a great deal of Knowledge and experience.
