The next two days dive into putting SAFe into practice in larger organizations, following a clear plan called the SAFe® Implementation Roadmap. You'll learn how to guide a company toward a critical turning point in its transformation.

This involves identifying the most valuable parts of the business (Value Streams), setting up groups to work together efficiently (Agile Release Trains), and getting these groups started and coached effectively.
