Refund, Cancellation, and Event Policy
1. Rights of LeanWisdom
LeanWisdom reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to postpone, cancel, or change the location or schedule of any event due to insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, political unrest, or other force majeure events.2. Event Cancellation by LeanWisdom
In the event that LeanWisdom cancels a program, delegates shall be entitled to a full refund of the course fees, provided that a refund request is raised within seven (7) days from the original date of purchase.However, LeanWisdom shall not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, logistical, or other personal expenses incurred by participants in connection with the event.
Participants whose registration date exceeds one (1) day prior to the cancellation may be rescheduled to a future batch of the same program without incurring additional charges.
3. Cancellation by Participant
Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment may do so by submitting a formal cancellation request at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the program.If such a request is received within the stipulated time period, a 100% refund of the course fee shall be processed, subject to applicable processing charges, within seven (7) working days.
No refund requests will be entertained within twenty-four (24) hours of the program start date or thereafter.
4. Refund Processing
LeanWisdom shall strive to process all eligible refunds, after deduction of any non-refundable processing charges (if applicable), within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of registration of such refund requests.For clarity, the date of registration of a refund request shall be deemed to be the date on which all requisite documentation has been duly submitted by the participant.
All refunds shall be credited to the original payment source, without exception.
5. Participant Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the participant to verify and confirm the accuracy of the training dates, timings, and time zone prior to making payment.LeanWisdom shall not be held liable for any losses, misunderstandings, or scheduling conflicts arising from the participant’s failure to validate this information.
No reschedules, refunds, or transfers will be permitted under such circumstances.
