SPC is a SAFe Practice Consultant course, for 4-days, which is the first step to become SAFe Consultant in your career. SPC certification will help you gain knowledge on how to operate as SAFe consultant and help launch SAFe ARTs.

ASPC is an advanced course designed for existing SAFe Practice Consultants, to enable themselves to implement SAFe in much more complex SAFe environments like complex Value Streams, Portfolio Management etc.

ASPC is desinged to equip SPCs with much more deeper knowledge that can help them to be very successful in SAFe Consultant career.

2. How do I get ASPC certified?

You can get ASPC certification by attending 3-day in-depth ASPC certification course and clearing the certification exam.

3. How can I become an Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant?

Follow the steps below to get an Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant certification:
1. Get trained by an authorized training partner of Scaled Agile, Inc. Attend the 21-hour training delivered by a SAFe Practice 2. Consultant Trainer (SPCT) who is also an expert practitioner.
2. On successful completion of all the three modules in the ASPC training, you will be eligible for certification.
3. Take the ASPC exam and clear it.

Now you are an Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant (ASPC) !

4. Who provides an Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant course certificate?

Upon successfully completing all modules of this course, you will receive a course completion certificate from Scaled Agile Inc.

5. What do you get out of ASPC certification?

Once you complete the Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant certification (ASPC), you can take on senior roles adding value across teams and at ART level / Value Stream Level OR even at Portfolio Level, accelerating the benefits of SAFe implementation across the enterprise.
To further enhance your SAFe skills, you can pursue the SAFe Practice Consultant-T (SPCT) certification, for which ASPC is a mandatory certifiation.

1. Any prerequisites to attend the Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant (ASPC) course?

Yes, you should have cleared SPC certification earlier.

1. What are PDUs?

PDUs are basically the Professional Development Units issued by the PMI Institute (Project Management Institute®). You can ear the PDUs by completing educational training or learning opportunities, which serve to validate your participation and continued proficiency in the principles and practices of project management.

PDUs are the measuring unit used to quantify your project management professional development as part of the PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) program. As per PMI, 1 PDU is equivalent to 1 hour of learning/activity. Hence, every hour of learning will lead to achieving 1 PDU.

2. What are SEUs?

SEU is nothing by a Scrum Education Unit® (SEU®). It is a credit issued by institute called Scrum Alliance®, which is known for Scrum Certifications. It is issued after validating your participation and continued proficiency in the fundamental principles of Scrum. SEUs demonstrate that you are improving your proficiency as a Scrum practitioner. SEUs follow a 1:1 ratio, where one hour of participation or preparation towards increasing your proficiency in Scrum is equal to one SEU.

Hence, 1 hour of Participation = 1 SEU.

3. How many PDUs / SEUs I will get?

You will get 1 PDU per 1 hour of learning and 1 SEU for 1 hour of learning.

1. How is the training offered?

The ASPC Course at LeanWisdom is delivered through our experiential learning platform, via live and interactive instructor-led training sessions. LeanWisdom public workshops are typically conducted in instructor-led onling virtual class. However, we also conduct Offline classes for our clients.

Since it is going to be interactive session, you can get your all doubts cleared from the SAFe Practice Consultant Trainer (SPCT), who is a highly experienced practitioner in SAFe.

2. Who will conduct this training?

Our trainers for this course are one of the top 10 SAFe consultants in APAC and one of the top 100 SAFe consultants across the globe, they are called as SAFe 6.0 Practice Consultant Trainers (SPCTs).

They are

- Professionals licensed by Scaled Agile, Inc. to teach the official curriculum

- Experts in SAFe with immense experience in leading, applying, coaching, and implementing the SAFe

- Skilled in SAFe framework and Agile software development

- Subject-matter experts and experienced practitioners who are active in software development and local Agile communities, along with the broader global SAFe and Agile movements.

3. What materials am eligible to receive as part of this course?

You will receive PDF format of the entire training material (PPT) that is used the trainer.

4. How can I join the training session?

You will receive a Zoom link from LeanWisdom Team, using which you can join the training.

5. What if I miss the class?

If you miss the class, you will have re-attend the session again later. There is no way to get the knowledge as there is no option to record the training session.

6. If I have doubts on the concepts, how can I get them cleared?

Our trainers objective is not to teach, but to make sure you learn. You can always ask your doubts in the class itself. Our trainers are high experienced and they will be able to clarify your doubts.

1. When should I pay the training fee?

You should pay the entire fee at least 1-2 days in advance. Only those who pay the entire fee will be able to attend the training.

2. What if I paid the fee, but unable to attend the class? Can I cancel it?

At LeanWisdom, we strive to make sure that your learning experience with us is the best and you are assured of the highest standards of quality. However, cancelation at the last minute without a valid reason is not accepted. You can always cancel at least 1 week in advance. Cancelling at the last minute will lead to cancellation fee?

3. Do you provide group discount?

Ofcourse, we provide group discounts for a group of 3 or more participants attending together. We have a different slab for group nomination of 3-5 and above 5 nominations.

4. Can I reschedule my training to anothere date?

Yes, of course you can, as long as you do it at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Do I get an option to pay the training fee in installments?

Yes, of course you can pay through installments. Typically, it is divided into 2 or 3 installments, with an agreement that you will pay the full fee before the start of the course.
