The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is the Agile Release Train's servant leader and coach (ART). The RTE's primary function is to oversee the ART's activities and procedures and provide support to the teams so that they may successfully deliver their results.
This intensive three-day training will teach you all you need to know to succeed as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) business.
In this course, you will get hands-on experience facilitating and enabling end-to-end value delivery with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and value streams. The primary facilitator of alignment throughout a SAFe company is the Program Increment (PI) planning event, in which you will learn how to design and execute in order to develop a high-performing ART.
